By accessing our website, booking with us, or staying at the resort, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receiving advance payment or full payment (as per policy). Guests must provide accurate personal details while booking. Any fraudulent or incorrect information may lead to cancellation.
Check-in time: [12:00 PM (noon)] Check-out time: [10:00 AM – 11:00 AM] Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must present a valid government ID at check-in (Aadhar, Driving License, Passport).
Payments can be made online, via UPI, cash, card, or bank transfer (as available). All taxes applicable as per government regulations will be added to the final bill. Any unpaid amount must be settled before check-out.
Cancellations made [24 hours] before check-in may qualify for a partial/full refund (as per resort policy). No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days. (I can write a separate detailed Refund Policy if needed.)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in rooms and common areas. Follow resort rules and staff instructions. Use facilities responsibly without causing damage. Avoid loud music or disturbances after 10:00 PM. Any damage to property, furniture, or equipment will be charged accordingly.
The resort reserves the right to: Deny entry to any guest for inappropriate behavior or violation of rules. Cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, maintenance issues, etc.). Charge for additional services or damages.
Swimming pool rules must be followed for safety. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas. The resort is not responsible for injuries caused due to negligence or misuse of facilities.
The resort is not responsible for: Loss of personal belongings Accidents or injuries caused by guest negligence Delay or failure in services due to natural causes or technical issues Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.
Your personal information is protected and used only for booking and service purposes.

The Seven Hills Resort may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
